On the plane ride home from DC, Johnny and I decided to put a "For Sale By Owner" sign in our yard to see if our house would sell. Well, 4 days later our house was sold and we didn't have a place to go! We found a home under construction that would not be finished for nearly 3 months. The wonderful buyers let us stay in our "old house" until the new one was complete. Whew!
